ESI Inc of Tennessee is an engineering and construction company, who for over 40 years, focused on being the Special Forces of the Steam and Power industry. During this time, ESI has become a preeminent company to execute complex projects requiring intricate planning and coordination to ensure project success. The lessons learned in executing these projects on time and on budget have resulted in a set of unparalleled project management standards and knowledge base. With ProjectPath, ESI is brings this project execution philosophy to assist companies is every industry across the construction landscape to create successful outcomes thereby reducing waste, increasing sustainability, and improving profitability for all project stakeholders.

As the construction space has evolved, ESI evolved with it. We attribute our success as an Engineer, Procure, and Construction Management company on our ability to work with owners and constructors to form a balanced team.
