Schedule Support

ProjectPath employs Primavera P6 software for scheduling of all engineering, procurement and construction activities. ProjectPath offers multiple levels of scheduling support from assisting with development of a level 1 schedule during initial phases, to auditing schedules provided by vendors and subcontractors, to daily tracking of a detailed outage schedules, and all levels in between. ProjectPath has over 50 years of combined experience utilizing Primavera scheduling software and leans on the construction knowledge of our staff and supplementary schedule analysis tools to audit a project, its risk, and to report on a schedule’s validity and feasibility.

ProjectPath utilizes proprietary software to estimate and track project costs.   Vast amounts of insight into a project’s cost performance are available utilizing our systems. ProjectPath can implement job cost tracking utilizing our own software or can offer auditing and analysis for other systems utilizing our construction expertise to help a client understand the full forecasted project costs throughout

Risk Performance Analysis

ProjectPath provides proven progress execution metrics used to capture information in a real-time setting. ProjectPath uploads tracking information into a common database weekly  for accurate reporting and KPI tracking. ProjecPath offers field personnel to gather data, and report actual earned progress against schedule and commodity placement. Our clients use the reporting information to understand where the actual project status, current risks , and project forecasts from a schedule and cost perspective. Essentially, we offer our clients the most insight into the success of a project at any point in the lifecycle.

Resource Forecasting

Projects resource forecasting is critical to understand the pinch points within a project schedule and to forecast the cost of construction. ProjectPath draws on years of experience and expertise to develop a realistic resource forecast as early as the Level 1 schedule. Once developed, the forecast is updated at every stage of the project through construction  on a weekly basis.
